Rencontre Improbable,2009 Impressions sur dibonds Cette installation photographique à l’échelle a pour but de signifier un dialogue par les jeux de regard , dépassera les limites des langues et des cultures tout en rendant compte d’une identité collective.Ces photographies ouvrent un espace fictif ou les sujets deviennent des personnages et font corps avec l’architecture comme une suite de tableaux scéniques . ‘The only Possible History is Contemporary History’, said the painter Gustave Courbet, theorist of realism in art.This installation intends to imagines the City as a scenography of improbable meetings. A poetic photographic composition that takes into account the population, diversified by the immigration movements of the 20th century. The images would pay homage to the changing environment.I will present them as actors of our times but also as reflections of our society. The limit between reality and the imaginary is then left to the interpretation of the viewer. These photographs will open a fictional space where subjects will become characters and will become one with the architecture, as a series of scenic paintings. There is a gap between the feeric image and certain situations of social misery, as that of children that are victims of wars. These situations are emitted by a soundtrack.The ballerina turns around relentlessly; the blue light suggests the glass ball and the blue colour is a reference to Degas` paintings. The dancer keeps completely vertical as a sort of aerial dance. She expresses balance, refinement, simetry of movements in a kind of mechanical dance.

A mental pattern results from this passionate and romantic encounter, between a city and a glance. This mental pattern of real environment links mankind to his past, present and future. This video shows a couple of city inhabitants who speak out and share their thoughts, while facing a wall full of advertising, as can be seen in many cities. The inhabitants remain unnamed.

Pearl, 2009 1’, N&B, son Dans cette vidéo, l’acte se fait autour de la perle, l’artiste essaie de rendre par sa bouche, des billes blanches, qui n’ont d’autres significations, que l’éclatement et la dispersion. Aphrodite`s tears in the Antiquity, mistery of the oceans, the pearl revealsitself and grows by a kind of defens mechanism towards the intrusion of an unknown object. In this video the act develops around the pearl, the artist takes out trhough her mouth white beads that have no other significance than explosion and dispersion.

Afghans, Kurds, Irakis, Sudanese … flee poverty, war, persecutions in their own country. Photographs of these men and women doomed to live as clandestines, are aimed at sharing their condition.
